Total closure of Shepherd Dr. & 20th St. on Monday, March 20th in the evening.
As construction progresses on the Shepherd & Durham project in the Heights, crews are working to connect newly constructed water lines into the city’s network.
The work requires both Shepherd Dr. and 20th St. to be completely closed so work can be performed in the intersection.
The closure will begin Monday, March 20th at 5pm and the roads will reopen Tuesday, March 21st at 5am. During the closure, traffic will be detoured around the closure via 19th St., Lawrence St., and 21st St.
Drivers should expect delays and are encouraged to plan accordingly and take alternate routes if possible.
