Ongoing roadway construction along the Shepherd and Durham project will affect 19th street cross traffic at Durham to allow the Contractor to demolish, excavate and construct the middle portion of pavement along Durham. All eastbound and westbound traffic along 19th will be required to turn south on Durham while roadway operations progress. Construction on the middle portion of Durham will begin on Monday April 24, 2023 at 7:30am and is expected to be completed by Friday April 28, 2023 in the afternoon, weather permitting. Construction will continue north on Durham and will affect 20th street cross traffic following the completion of the 19th street area.
