Memorial Heights Redevelopment Authority/TIRZ 5 has assembled a Potential Projects List, detailing potential projects throughout its boundaries. We are asking for your input to identify any other project needs. Inclusion on the list does not mean the project will be funded. The Redevelopment Authority has a limited amount of funding and our Budgets and Capital Improvement Plans are approved by City Council, so they have the final say on what projects are funded. We invite your comments and suggestions any time you become aware of an infrastructure need within our boundaries.
